Dining & Culinary Staff

  • Bistro 59
    • Bistro 59 is Starmount Forest's member dining restaurant in the main clubhouse. The restaurant underwent significant changes during the club's most recent renovation. The entire member dining side of the clubhouse was completely refinished and the restaurant was re-branded.

Featuring a wide-ranging menu, Bistro 59 is open Tuesday through Sunday. While Bistro 59 might be a new look for member dining, some Starmount Forest traditions will always remain. Wednesday night is Family Night (also known as Chicken Night as the buffet features virtually every kind of chicken you could imagine), while the weekend brings a breakfast menu to start your Saturday or Sunday off in a scrumptious way.

Bistro 59 is also the home of many of our "theme night" dinners. Ranging from Burger & Trivia Night to Prime Rib Night, from Asian Night to Italian Night, from the Stone Crab Spectacular to The Maine Event lobster feast, Bistro 59 has an amazing variety to please every pallet.

  • The Splash Bar & Grill
    • The Splash Bar & Grill at Starmount Forest is the newest addition to the club's dining facilities. Open from May through October, it was built during the most recent renovation and opened in June 2015.

The outdoor patio bar & grill provides service to Starmount Forest's resort-style pool. But it serves more than just the pool patrons. The Splash Bar & Grill features a wrap-around bar area with five flat screen televisions. Additional patio seating is available overlooking the pool and shaded by a large retractable sunshade. The area also includes overhead heaters atop the bar and a gas firepit for cooler evenings.

  • Terrace on Ten
    • Terrace on Ten opened in the summer of 2022. Part of a $1.2 million renovation project, Terrace on Ten provides a partially covered outdoor dining space, overlooking the par 3 No. 10. Sheltered by a trellis, the area has ceiling fans to provide relief on warmer days and heaters for the cooler evenings. While enjoying the Terrace on Ten, members may order off the Bistro 59 menus or have drinks from Jameson's Turn, the club's newly remodeled halfway house.

  • The Veranda
    • The Veranda opened in the summer of 2022. Redesigned as part of the club's $1.2 million renovation of outdoor dining spaces, The Veranda gives the club an outdoor dining venue that is usable virtually 12 months of the year. It features a permanent roof structure that has both patio heaters for colder weather and ceiling fans for warmer times. The area has walls on three sides, but still provides open air views overlooking the golf course. Members may dine with the Bistro 59 menu while at The Veranda. Sports fans can watch their favorite teams on one of three televisions in the area, as well.
